KNPC SECONDMENT VACANCIES

ENGINEER ENVIRONMENT: (1400KD)

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Environment Engineering or equivalent

· 6 years’ experience in environment engineering and management in an oil refinery or petrochemical industries

· Provides environmental advisory, support and monitoring services to Refinery business operations to achieve the environmental objectives and targets. Participates in environmental impact assessments and development of environmental controls. Conducts / assists in environmental reviews, investigations, site surveys and audits etc. as directed.


Sr. Eng. Operational Planning: (2000 KD)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

· Complete knowledge of refinery process units basic function and their internal streams integration along with oil movements systems and Inter refinery transfer systems across KNPC

· 10 years experience in operational planning, operation and process engineering and good knowledge on LP models, economics and marketing of crude oil and petroleum products out of which atleast 3 yrs in supervisory level

Eng, Operations – Grade “ 14”: (1400 KD)

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
· 7 years relevant experience.
· Fluency in spoken English and Proficiency in written English.
· Computer Proficiency in MS Office ( For reports generation,
Startup / Shutdown plans etc.).

Engineer (A) Risk Assessment : (1400 KD)

· Graduate degree in engineering from a recognized university
· English language skills
· At least 6 years of experience in petroleum / petrochemical industry
· Risk Management skills
· Analytical and modeling skills
· Facilitation skills
· Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office / Excel/Power point etc. and preferably on any of the risk management administration software such as Bwise , RCS etc.


Planning Engineer (A-1400KD) & (B-1500-1600 KD):

Engineering degree in Safety / Environment / Chemicals

10 yrs experience in planning, project management, costing and value engineering in an oil industry environment

Very good knowledge of English & Arabic.


Sr. Engineer Audit: (2000 KD)

Degree in Engineering in Mech or Elect field
9 yrs exp. in oil sector related to International HSEQ best practices of which 2 years in audit supervisory capacity
Arab Nationality
Preferably trained in oil related operations / PFS operation
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

Engineer Audit: (1400 KD)

Degree in Engineering in Mech or Elect field
7 yrs exp. in oil sector related to International HSEQ best practices of which 2 years in audit supervisory capacity
Arab Nationality
Preferably trained in oil related operations / PFS operation
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

Supervisor System Applications:(600 KD)

Diploma in IT Technology or equivalent
minimum 3 yrs working exp in IT area
Exp. with Aspen Tech Applications is a must .

Technical Clerk:(250-300 KD)

Graduate Degree
Minimum 3 years works experience
